At Platinum Pooch, we stay on top of the grooming industry through ongoing education. We train the staff from within, working to maintain high standards and encouraging continuing education for skill development.

PROTECTING THE CANINE SKIN AND COAT:

Anita is a certified canine esthetician. She uses her knowledge and experience to bring solutions and introduce healthy products for pets, including those who have sensitive skin or dermatological and coat issues.

Choosing natural and mild products has always been a priority at Platinum Pooch. Avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes and dyes is what drives us when choosing products for the salon.

UNDERSTANDING A DOG'S NEEDS:

We always take the pets’ emotional and behavioral needs into consideration as we choose services and grooming techniques. We use care, professionalism, and integrity when helping each pet through their spa and grooming session. This allows us to work with the dogs who love to be pampered at the spa, as well as those who may need extra care due to anxiety, fear, or other concerns related to their age or temperament.

We are trained to spot the many different needs of a pet, and we work as a team to be sure each grooming session is as successful as possible.

THE TEAM APPROACH:

Taking a team approach again, we believe in bridging the gap between pet owners, groomers and veterinarians. Our grooming staff will aim to partner with the owners and families of the pets who come to our salon by listening, observing and educating.

Together, we can find solutions to keep our pets healthy and happy, and we can help you choose a grooming schedule and a hairstyle that meets your lifestyle needs and fits your dog’s personality! This is a judgement free zone where we can all work together.
