Do you take walk-ins?
Full service grooms and baths are by appointment only. Please be sure to schedule in advance. It is rare that we have a same day opening.
Can I stay during the appointment?
We know you miss your BFF while they’re at the spa, but they may start to wiggle around and get excited if they notice you waiting or talking to them.
We ask that you would drop your pet off and pickup after we call you. Then… you may let the reuniting frenzy begin!
How long are the grooming appointments?
Bath services typically take 1-2 hours, sometimes longer for double-coated dogs.
Grooming services can take anywhere from 2-5 hours, and sometimes longer, depending on the breed and complexity of the cut.
Will my dog be in a cage?
We believe caging in a grooming salon setting provides a safe and controlled environment for all pets. While it may seem like a fun option for your buddy to roam free and make friends, in a grooming setting pets can be nervous and react in unexpected ways, and the staff needs to stay focused on providing the grooming services.
Trust us, they have tons of opportunities to hoot and howl at each other from across the room!
Do you groom cats?
We do! We love feisty felines, but they can be just that! Feisty. We don’t have a lot of cat groomers or cat grooming appointments available since cats are typically a little more challenging to work with. Please call the salon for details and availability.
What age should I start getting my puppy groomed?
We recommend getting your puppy started around 4 months old, once they have majority of their shots done.
Puppy grooms include a bath and brush, nail trims and ear cleaning, and a trim of the paws, face and sanitary only- no length is taken of the body yet. This gets them used to the process and the salon setting, as well as the equipment, helping them to associate grooming with a positive experience and not forcing them into too much too soon.
Most puppies need 1-2 puppy grooms before moving into a fancy full groom!
Do I need an appointment for a nail trim?
We do walkin nail services up until 2:30 any day we are open! Feel free to pop in or call ahead.
What services do you offer?
Please see our services page! We are a professional dog grooming salon and spa specializing in all grooming services, from nail and ear care, paw pad treatment, to basic oral care (excluding scaling or teeth cleaning).
Our full service baths include facials, conditioning treatment, ear cleaning and nail trims, brush outs/blowouts, bandana and cologne. We also offer desheds, deskunking, and flea baths.

We also specialize in some creative grooming services such as nail polish, feather extensions, and temporary or semi-permanent hair dye.

Can you help get rid of my dog’s fleas?
We use an all natural flea shampoo that kills the ticks and fleas/flea larvae that are on the dog’s body at the time of the bath. It is not a preventative and if the dog returns to an area with fleas, the fleas can return.
We recommend you get your pet on a flea and tick preventative.
What is your pricing?
Prices are based on breed, size, and temperament. Pricing may go up if your dog is matted, has a difficult temperament, or a senior who needs extra time and hands.
Do you work with anxious or aggressive dogs?
We work with dogs with all types of personalities and breeds. Some have anxiety, some are aggressive, some are older and uncomfortable.
We find different ways to work around these challenges, work with your furry friend to build trust, and help them to have a positive experience. Sometimes muzzles are used or other techniques are tried, and we have had great success bringing dogs from scared and aggressive to successful grooming sessions over time.
Medications from a vet may be helpful, or working with a professional dog trainer, but we will make recommendations to you as needed.
